Total Building Management System is specially suited for managing geographically dislocated buildings where every building is one node of BMS IP infrastructure. The system is targeting to solve the challenges associated with managing smart devices through corresponding networks, unifying their data, and connecting them seamlessly to BMS applications as well to enterprise applications through UCNP event driven infrastructure.

Building could be commissioned as Lonworks infrastructure, Modbus infrastructure, by the end of the year as Bacnet infrastructure, or any combination thereof. Every such building is seen from the perspective as a node. From the application point of view user has available all data about particular device and object up to the level of Lomark objects if base building network is Lonworks network. All buildings should be connected to management center by sort of IP interconnection links like WAN or MAN infrastructure. The system follows all relevant EN standards.
