Building and process automation department we could assume it as combination of competence of all other divisions and truly that department combines total knowledge of the company and his possibilities. This division follows the logic of today IT paradigm focused to the modern buildings, following standardization through all 7 OSI layers. The level of employee’s skills is very high; all are regularly participating education seminars locally and internationally. In the focus of this division are distributed control systems, measurement of energy consumption and energy efficiency solutions, in addition to integrated solutions and system protection facilities such as video surveillance, access control, etc. Within our activity framework we are facilitating intelligent building solutions. This division is fully capable of carrying out the commissioning of building from idea to solution, as well to facilitate connection of hundreds of building to one management and support center. Categories experienced are the following: lighting, security, access, air conditioning, ventilation, heating, CCTV, jalousie, communications, energy, generators, UPS's. Our solutions are built with the following eminent companies: Pliva (Data center) - Teva, Merkator-H (CCTV), some hospitals (boiler room automation), T-COM (Croatia) (interconnected buildings and data centers), Mercur International (three stores interconnected building automation), Muline Casino / Hotel - Building automation, Office Building Beton Lucko (total intelligent building solution based on Lonworks), MSU – museum 30000m2 (automation systems for heating, cooling and ventilation), Intelligent Arentz villas - Opatia, intelligent homes solution. Currently, all solutions are deployed in Croatia.
