This is our eleven years old R&D Department, which currently employs eight developers, of which four are software engineers, and four high-quality programmers skillful in Java, C++, as well VB and php environment. Center of department activity is TBMS integrated building and campus solutions based at energy performance paradigm, as well special projects for third party.nAll our products are based on frameworks where we have 100% source code control. All tools which we are using among our own frameworks are purchased as development tools with source code. That gives us possibility to be able to have 100% control of our application software. The TBMS system is base on our own development, but supporting relevant recognized groups of standard as EN 507498, EN 50090, EN 13541, ISO/IS 9545, EN 14908, ISO 16484-5. We are covering all application and communication interfaces through our own developed frameworks. This intelligent building solutions framework is developed with idea to facilitate seamless connection of hundreds of building to one management and support center. Furthermore, we developed IP CCTV distributed infrastructure which follows RTP/RTSP and MPEG4 paradigm. We have our own Lonworks IP device develope as product on the top of our Lontalk framework. This product seamlessly integrates PC into local control network as one of the peers. We are members of several eminent international associations as: Lonmark, Central Building Automation Association, and we are active participants in the conference subject area which gives us a good overview of needs as a base for development of products and infrastructure.
